Description

So this is my interpretation of a few things.
1. Taka wasn't chosen to be the next king by Ahadi and, thus, feels sorry for himself. This is why I believe he sunk into that dark place and had the terrible urge to be king.
2. His mother, Uru, was always comforting him when he needed it (especially when Mufasa was getting all of Daddy-dearest's love).
3. I like to keep things as close to original as possible so when the creators say that Ahadi is gold with black mane, HE'S GOLD WITH A BLACK MANE. Soooo many people change this around to fit what they want or think is right but..I'm sure the makers had at least an IDEA of what both parents looked like! And to go along with this, I believe this is what Uru would have looked like. If Ahadi is how the creators say he is, how did Taka/Scar get his dark colors and Mufasa his red mane? I'm sorry, but why is it so hard for some people to think that URU could have had the red-mane-gene? :o i don't understand it x.x yea, sure, everyone could have his/her own opinions but..idk I just don't think it's that much to think about. As for the dorsal stripe, i see that almost everywhere, and frankly I think it's pretty :) lol
tl;dr I have opinions! :dummy:
lol ANYWAY this pic if supposed to represent the triumphant moment when Mufasa gets the "everything the light touches, is our kingdom" speech to pass on to his son. All the while there's some heartbreak going on behind the scenes when Taka realizes there's no hope. But here comes the Uru/Taka relationship where she comforts him in his time of need<3 you end up feeling so bad for Taka once you know the background story ;n; lol

Poor Taka.

His father neglected him after a while, giving all his love to his first-born son "the golden boy" Mufasa.

One day, when Taka had had enough of it all, and spoke back to his father, the king, he was rewarded for his daring with a scar on his face.
